2. What data we process
Your name, e-mail address, phone number, company name, the content of your message and any details you share with us in further communication.
3. Why, and on what legal basis
- Handling your enquiry and negotiating a contract at your request – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Ordinary business communication with customers and partners (legitimate interest) – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Meeting legal obligations, such as accounting and tax, if we enter into a contract – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. How long we keep the data
For as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and then for no more than 12 months if no contract is concluded. If a contract is concluded, for its duration and for the period required by law.
5. Who has access
We don't pass your data to third parties for marketing. The website and e-mail run on our own servers; only authorised staff have access to the data, and only to the extent necessary. We disclose data to public authorities only where the law requires it.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to info@mpsoft.cz.
If you believe we are breaking the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
